The space includes a queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress and hotel-quality custom linens. Enjoy fluffy blankets and plush pillows for your comfort. The kitchen consists of all the essential appliances for the inner chef in you, including a microwave, fridge, and oven. You’ll be stocked with plenty of dishware, pots, and pans for all your cooking needs.

When you wake up, enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee in the comfort of your home. Binge-watch your favorite shows on the HD Smart TV. When it’s time to get ready for the night out, utilize the hairdryer, iron, and dry off comfortably after your shower with our quality bath towels.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

As a friendly reminder, smoking in your unit, common areas, or on any of the apartment grounds is strictly prohibited; doing so may result in an inability for us to continue hosting you along with an additional cleaning fee of $250.

Early check-in and late check outs may be available by request and upon availability. Please contact our guest services team to see if we will be able to accommodate your request at a rate of $5 per hour for early check in and $15 per hour for late check-out.

All reservations are subject to a Pre Check-In Security Deposit collection of up to $250 for incidentals and damage protection.

Please note: We perform regular hospitality visits to ensure that our guests are safe and have everything needed for a great stay! Additionally, the community common areas have 24/7 surveillance.

Neighborhood

Our apartment is centrally located in the heart of downtown Wichita, KS. Several popular restaurants, shops, and entertainment options will all be within walking distance. Caesar’s Table, The Kitchen, and The Beacon Restaurant are a few dining favorites. If you forgot to pack any essentials, don’t worry, we have a QuikTrip convenience store down the street. Starbucks is across the street as well. Wichita State University is just 10 minutes away, and for any local travel needs outside of Wichita, you’ll have quick access to both I-135 and Highway 400. There’s also a free trolley that runs every 10 minutes!
