★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home including vaping as well as use of candles or incense! Any evidence will result in a $250 fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

All reservations are subject to a Pre Check-In Security Deposit collection of $250 for incidentals and damage protection. This deposit will be returned should no issues occur.

Neighborhood

The house is situated in the diverse and family friendly residential neighborhood of Denver Heights, less than 10 mins away from the downtown San Antonio and the Alamo. This gentrifying neighborhood is a prime location that lets you easily explore the entire city and visit its top restaurants, shops, attractions, and landmarks. The park and the YMCA are excellent places to start, just across the street. As with every downtown area, some homes are experiencing revitalization while others may need some TLC. We have made friends with several neighbors, and many have lived in their homes for many generations!

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Please note this is the addition to the main house and there are two other units on the property.

House Rules

Stove top:
The stovetop might be locked. To unlock it hold the key lock control for 3 seconds.

From there you have to turn the power switch on first and then the + sensor for the burner you want to heat up

No parties or events. Outside people not staying at the property are not allowed past 11pm.
Quiet hours from 10pm-7am

Pet Policy
For your own comfort and for the comfort and safety of our homeowners and other guests, there are certain restrictions that must apply to Pet Friendly Properties: 
 
Size, Age, Number of Pets 
• Pet friendly properties accept dogs weighing under 40 pounds and at least two (2) years old, with a maximum of two (2) dogs per property. “Visiting” pets are not allowed.
• No Cats Allowed unless specifically requested and approved by the property owner.

PET FEES
$75/pet for the whole stay for short term rental
$150/pet for the whole stay for mid term rental (1-3 months)
$300/pet for the whole stay for mid term rental (4-6 months) + $300 pet fee deposit provided that pet did not damage anything in the property. Refundable 14 days after check-out.
$500/pet for the whole stay for long term rental (6-12 months) + $500 pet fee deposit provided that pet did not damage anything in the property Refundable 14 days after check-out.
 
All local laws and regulations must be followed, and may vary depending on the location of your property. Please, observe leash laws and do not bring your pet to parks and beaches that do not allow animals.

**Violation of Pet Policy:**
Failure to comply with our pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, eviction, or forfeiture of the security deposit, at the discretion of the property owner or manager. Non disclosure of pet prior to check-in will be charged $500. Please be advised accordingly.
