We spent very little time in the space, but overall it was clean, quiet, and offered basic necessary amenities. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus! Beds look and feel minimalistic but they were surprisingly comfortable.

We loved the location for a girls weekend! You are able to walk to a couple different neighborhoods for coffee and food. We had some issues with the door code, instructions could have been clearer. We also had WiFi issues, we couldn’t find it and then got kicked off the WiFi. The house itself was very clean and comfortable.

It was difficult to find and I’m sure the apartment complex that is for students probably doesn’t allow Airbnb. There were no clear parking signs and one of our guest vehicles go towed.

Great location! Loved the place in general. Very clean. We had trouble getting in and had to call to get the emergency code. They said someone would come and change the code but they never did. Other than that, overall stay was good!

Next door to Capricorn Records Museum. Conveniently located within walking distance to most downtown clubs and restaurants like Grant's Lounge, Gallery West and multipe other bars and restaurants. hort walking distance to Grant's Lounge and many other places and restaurants. You will need to drive to most of the Allman Brothers sites from this location but this is a great location to stay when you want to enjoy the nightlife and not have to drive.

I love this area! We are moving to Clifton soon and this was a great way to get a feel for the atmosphere in Clifton!

Pristine interior, beautiful neighborhood, very close to downtown, walkable to first-rate dining, and perfect for a small group visit to Nashville. We loved it.

great host and place it was in a nice area just a short walk to a brewery very close to the highway and shopping. me and my family had a great time and i will be booking again.
