Perfect Stay! GREAT location and very safe. The 4bdrm and 4 bathroom setup is CLUTCH!!! Will definitely stay when we come back!

Great stay! I was there for a few weeks and only downside is the road noise and having to find a dumpster. But would def recommend if booking for shorter stays !!

The apt worked well for our group, and it was great that all 3 rooms had their own bathroom. The location is great, it's right downtown within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The host was also quick to respond to messages. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by a few issues. There was a 4th bedroom in the unit that was locked/unusable, and at 5am the smoke alarm inside that room began chirping due to a low battery. The noise woke everyone up and continued for hours. Since we couldn't access the room ourselves, I had to coordinate with building maintenance to unlock it and replace the batteries. This was very inconvenient, and I was disappointed that the host did not meaningfully acknowledge the disruption, apologize, or offer any sort of compensation. The response was essentially thanks for the update glad you could figure it out with maintenance. The unit also had an unusual smell, and noise from the street and neighboring units was loud. Overall our stay was good.

We spent very little time in the space, but overall it was clean, quiet, and offered basic necessary amenities. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus! Beds look and feel minimalistic but they were surprisingly comfortable.

We loved the location for a girls weekend! You are able to walk to a couple different neighborhoods for coffee and food. We had some issues with the door code, instructions could have been clearer. We also had WiFi issues, we couldn’t find it and then got kicked off the WiFi. The house itself was very clean and comfortable.

It was difficult to find and I’m sure the apartment complex that is for students probably doesn’t allow Airbnb. There were no clear parking signs and one of our guest vehicles go towed.

Next door to Capricorn Records Museum. Conveniently located within walking distance to most downtown clubs and restaurants like Grant's Lounge, Gallery West and multipe other bars and restaurants. hort walking distance to Grant's Lounge and many other places and restaurants. You will need to drive to most of the Allman Brothers sites from this location but this is a great location to stay when you want to enjoy the nightlife and not have to drive.

I love this area! We are moving to Clifton soon and this was a great way to get a feel for the atmosphere in Clifton!
